Recycling Services
Why Recycle?
Recycling reduces the potential for future liability. Most lighting waste is regulated by the Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Superfund liability laws and the Universal Waste Rule. These regulations require that hazardous waste must be properly identified, stored, transported, treated and disposed of. Generators of this waste are financially responsible for cleaning up the effects of improper disposal.

Employee Recycling
Be-Bright Lighting encourages recycling at all levels. We offer a recycling program that is focused directly on your employees and families. Be-Bright’s technicians will place green “Be-Green” recycling bins in the lunch areas or break rooms of customer requested locations. By offering this program we hope to encourage recycling of lighting waste used in homes, such as compact fluorescents.
